1. What we collect
Only the minimum needed to run the service: your email, your reminder preferences (like the time of day you want today’s film), and any check-ins or reflections you choose to make in The Circadian Lens. If you apply to work with us, we keep what you send in that form. That’s it — no tracking profiles, no ad networks.
2. What we never do
We don’t sell your data, and we don’t share it for advertising. Your reflections are kept privately for you. If you explicitly tick “share these words on the page,” we may display that reflection anonymously — never with your name or email — and you can ask us to remove it at any time. You keep ownership of your words.
3. Where it lives
Email is sent through our delivery provider; your data is stored with our hosting and database providers. Privileged operations run server-side through locked-down functions — secrets never reach your browser.
4. You’re in control
From your account page you can download a copy of your data at any time, and you can permanently delete your account and everything tied to it — your check-ins, your words, and your sign-in — yourself, with no need to ask. You can also email admin@impactcontent.co and we’ll do either for you.
5. Changes & contact
We may update this policy; material changes will be reflected by the date above. Questions about your data? Email admin@impactcontent.co. For the full terms, see the Terms of Service.
